In this article, we learn how to manage permissions and view activities of your store users while using Crucials. This is important if you work in a team, with many users access the app from different user accounts.
Notice: Team Management feature is only available on the Growth plan.
Grant access to Crucials
First, make sure you have granted access to Crucials to your users. If you haven't do that, in BigCommerce Admin you can go to Settings > Users to manage your store users:
And check the box to allow them access Crucials:
Manage user permissions
In Crucials, go to Team menu to open the Team Management feature:
From there, you will see all users who have access to the app, and have previously opened the app at least once.
Notice: If you do not see a user there, it means that user has not opened the app yet. You need to ask him/her to open the app at least once to update the list. This is because the app cannot fetch user list from BigCommerce automatically.
With the store owner account, you can manage other users' permissions:
There you can select which Crucials apps the user can access, and which permissions they can perform.
View user activities
If a user has permission View user activities granted, they’ll be able to see activity logs of other users in the app.
To view a user's activities, go to the tab Activities:
